MinTemp Temperature probes
MINKON-Temperature probes have a high level of measurement precision and availability, which are essential for the quality control of liquid metal. MINKON offers users various versions of immersion temperature probes to provide the optimum solution for individual requirements in melting operations.
All versions of the MINKON temperature probes are compatible with standard hardware and measuring devices, so that no modifications are necessary.
Executions
MINKON offers the right temperature probe version for every requirement:
- Single dip (disposable) without splash guard
- Single-dip (disposable) with splash guard
- Multi-use for multiple use
Calibrations
MINKON temperature probes are available in the following calibrations in accordance with IEC 60584-1:
- "S" (Pt-10% Rh / Pt)
- "R" (Pt-13% Rh / Pt)
- "B" (Pt-30% Rh / Pt-6% Rh)
Cardboard tube version
Depending on requirements, we offer temperature probes with cardboard tube lengths from 150 mm to 1,700 mm and internal diameters of 17.9 mm, 24 mm and 27 mm.
Slag protection cap
MINKON-Temperature probes can be configured with steel, aluminum and copper caps as well as additional cardboard caps.
