Minkon is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy provides anexplanation as to how we gather and process the data you provide us. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller is Minkon Ltd of Tofts Farm Industrial Estate, East Brenda Road, Hartlepool TS25 2BS. Our website www.minkon-international.com is hosted by Via Crative.

6.3 you can request us to delete or put your data beyond use (where our software systems do not allow deletion) so we cannot identify you. You can make this request at any time by contacting us at info@minkon.co.uk. We may need to keep some data due to pertinent legal requirements or because your information is needed for the necessary provision of business services, as well a our contractual obligations (see also sub-clause 6.6);

6.4 you have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data. You can exercise this right at anytime by emailing info@minkon.co.uk, by providing us with enough information to identify you and by explaining what information is incorrect and what information should replace it.

6.5 you have the right to request your data in a readable form by contacting Mal Dodds at info@minkon.co.uk;

6.6 you have the right to request that processing of your personal data is restricted by contacting info@minkon.co.uk. We will then discuss with you the possible consequences of such restrictions.

6.7 you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office www.ico.gov.uk.

 

7. When we will delete your information

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary. Subject to our statutory and regulatory obligations and where you have provided consent for us to send you communications, we will store your information until we have not heard from you for a period of five years, or, you tell us that you do not want to receive communications from us. If you unsubscribe your data may be kept longer (up to 15 years) on a suppression list to ensure that you do not receive further communication for us.
