We may need to keep some data due to pertinent legal requirements or because your information is needed for the necessary provision of business services, as well a our contractual obligations (see also sub-clause 6.6);
6.4 you have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data. You can exercise this right at anytime by emailing info@minkon.co.uk, by providing us with enough information to identify you and by explaining what information is incorrect and what information should replace it.

7. When we will delete your information

If you unsubscribe your data may be kept longer (up to 15 years) on a suppression list to ensure that you do not receive further communication for us.
