Thanks to our in-house development and production capacities, Insulation sleeves and heat shields can be realized in almost any geometric shape. In close cooperation with our customers, we develop individual, reliable Insulation concepts that meet the highest requirements.

Heat shields

MINKON Heat shields consist of a composite of high-temperature-resistant Insulation materials which can be tailor made to fit any application.

Developed for the protective shielding of systems in extreme high-temperature areas, FORTAFIX heat shields are individually adapted to the respective application requirements. 

Insulation Sleeves

TEXFORM-Insulation sleeves feature a completely sealed construction that can be easily cleaned with a hose. In contrast to Velcro fasteners, which are susceptible to icing and contamination, tensioning straps are used for fastening. If necessary, pull cords can be integrated, which can be easily replaced in the event of contamination.

The standard version is designed for temperatures of up to 90 °C, while specialized, also glass fibre-free materials can withstand temperatures of up to 320 °C.
