MinOx Oxygen measuring probes

The MinOX oxygen probes determine the active oxygen content of the molten steel "online" and enable an immediate response to the condition of the melt. This sensor has been continuously improved through intensive development work and is now characterized by maximum reliability and measuring accuracy for the operator.

Executions

MINKON offers the right oxygen measuring probe version for every requirement:

Single-dip (disposable) without splash guard
Single-dip (disposable) with splash guard

Calibrations

MINKON oxygen measuring probes are available in the following calibrations according to IEC 60584-1:

"S" (Pt-10% Rh / Pt)
"R" (Pt-13% Rh / Pt)
"B" (Pt-30% Rh / Pt-6% Rh)

Cardboard tube version

Depending on requirements, we offer oxygen measuring probes with cardboard tube lengths from 150 mm to 2,000 mm and internal diameters of 17.9 mm, 24 mm, 28 mm and 39 mm.

Slag protection cap

MINKON-Oxygen probes can be configured with steel and additional cardboard caps.
