DynTemp® fiber optic temperature measuring system
The DynTemp® system was developed in close cooperation with our technology partner, the VDEh-Betriebsforschungsinstitut GmbH (BFI). It represents a groundbreaking innovation in the field of temperature measurement technology and enables continuous, dynamic temperature measurements on a wide range of melting units - precisely, reliably and in real time.
The system uses existing gas supply infrastructures, such as purging lances or bottom purging systems, and feeds an optical fiber directly into the molten liquid. The heat radiation detected in the process is transmitted without delay to a pyrometer, which continuously determines the exact melting temperature.
Thanks to this continuous temperature measurement, DynTemp® offers numerous advantages:
